Digital Advertising Specialist

Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for digital advertising and social media campaign management and optimization. The ideal candidate must be highly detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, creative environment with ever-shifting schedules and priorities.


  • Managing digital campaigns: managing and optimizing video, display, video, search and social advertising across platforms. You’ll be working on digital advertising campaigns for Videomite as well as for our clients in order for their content to reach a wider audience.

  • Social media: you will be creating social media plans and coordinating with the team of designers on producing creatives

  • Newsletter: you will be responsible for weekly newsletter that is sent to all our clients and partners

  • Tracking and improving KPIs: Monitoring and managing metrics such as CPV, CTR, CPC, ROI will be a day-to-day activity.

  • Analyzing data.

  • Interpreting results: You’ll be compiling advertising reports and presenting them to clients.



  • University degree

  • Attention to detail and strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Certification in Google Ads Video and Display required, Search a plus

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Fluency in Turkish and English

Account Specialist, Facebook Watch and Instagram


This role is in charge of driving revenue from Facebook Wtch and Instagram for a portfolio of clients. We are searching for a person passionate about social media and online video and with deep understanding how viewing patterns on digital platforms works.


  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with content creators and partners on Facebook Watch. Understand their goals, challenges, and objectives to provide tailored solutions and support.

  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with content owners to develop effective content strategies that align with their target audiences and business objectives.

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance metrics on Facebook Watch. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize content and drive engagement.

  • Content Creation: Utilize internal and external tools to create engaging short videos designed to drive revenue for clients.

  • Content Repurposing: Collaborate with the team of editors to plan and execute the repurposing of content to maximize revenue opportunities for clients.

  • Platform Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and features on Facebook Watch, providing expertise and guidance to content creators.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including content production, marketing, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of plans and initiatives.


  • University degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field

  • Proven experience in digital media, account management, or a related role

  • Attention to detail and strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Fluency in Turkish and English
