Account Specialist, YouTube

As an Account Specialist you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with clients working with us on YouTube platform. Your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction, drive revenue growth, and foster long-term partnerships. You will work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, video editors and creative departments, to deliver outstanding services and solutions that align with clients' business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns.

  • Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to understand their needs and ensure ongoing satisfaction.

  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to clients.

 

2. Account Growth and Revenue Generation:

  • Develop account strategies and action plans to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

  • Present and pitch media solutions to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of working with Videomite

 

3. Client Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients, highlighting results and providing actionable insights.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, media files and documentation.

 

4. Market Research and Industry Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and media market developments.

  • Apply industry knowledge to anticipate client needs and proactively propose innovative solutions.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in client-facing roles within the media industry.

  • Strong understanding of online video

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide valuable insights.

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office suite

  • English language
