About the Role
As an Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for a portfolio of content partners and the person responsible for how their YouTube channels perform. You will turn channel data into clear recommendations, present results to clients every month, and coordinate our internal teams to deliver on them.
The role sits between clients, our operations team and management.
Key Responsibilities
Client and channel management
- Own day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of content partners, from channel takeover through ongoing operations
- Run client onboarding and offboarding according to Videomite's procedures (channel access, rights checks, handover)
- Shape each channel's content strategy: archive releases, full episodes and films, Shorts, community posts, live streams and upload schedules
- Propose growth initiatives such as thumbnail and metadata refreshes, subtitled and localized versions, and 4K remasters of archive content
- Handle sensitive client requests and disagreements with data, explaining what the numbers show and recommending a way forward
Performance reporting
- Pull and analyze YouTube Analytics data across channels, formats and time periods
- Build and present monthly and periodic performance decks for clients, written in clear language for a non-technical audience
- Prepare internal channel analyses for the team, including reviews of channels we do not yet manage
Optimization and localization
- Work with the operations team on titles, descriptions, thumbnails and tags for each upload
- Oversee subtitle and dubbed-language channels and their search optimization in target languages
- Coordinate rights and claim management so that content is protected and revenue is collected correctly
What We're Looking For
- Experience in account management, channel management or partner management, ideally in digital media, broadcasting or a YouTube network
- Comfort with data: you can read a channel's numbers, spot what changed and why, and explain it simply
- Excellent presentation skills; you can build a clear, visual deck and present it confidently to senior client teams
- Fluent Turkish and English, written and spoken
- Organized enough to run several client accounts and deadlines at once
- Nice to have: Knowledge of content licensing, AVOD distribution and territorial rights
Tools You'll Use
- YouTube Studio and YouTube Analytics
- Videomite Studio, our in-house platform for optimization, localization and rights management
- Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Drive), PowerPoint and Keynote
- AI tools such as Gemini and Claude.
- Live streaming tools
